Ocean Breeze is located about a mile from the Atlantic Ocean and only a few miles from the Intracoastal Waterway.

In addition to several pocket parks located inside the neighborhood, homeowners enjoy easy access to the Amelia River-to-Sea Trail (ARTS) which connects the Atlantic ocean to the riverfront at Crane Island. Located along the ARTS trail, nearby Simmons Road Park features a walking track and restrooms. 

Ocean Breeze is convenient to a wide variety of stores, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, yet secluded enough to offer a calm, peaceful environment. Every day of the year in Ocean Breeze brings something new and natural.
